Balanced soil life through a unique combination of coco and peat

Peltracom Grow Bag is composed of different peat varieties enriched with coco as a result of years of both internal and external research. The balanced mix of different peat varieties creates a conductive environment for excellent drainage, resulting in the amount of available water to  be similar to that inside mineral substrates.

The coco allows Peltracom Grow Bag to quickly react to changes in crop steering, so the slightest irrigation change immediately results in the desired effect on plant level.

Resistant substrate suitable for greenhouse culture of tomato, sweet pepper, cucumber and aubergine

As a suppressive substrate Peltracom Grow Bag allows plants to develop under the most suitable growth circumstances possible. Your plants are less exposed to diseases and become more suppressive against external pathogens. 
Peltracom Grow Bag naturally contains high levels of calcium and can reduce blossom-end rot up to 80%. Consequently, the substrate is utterly fit for varieties sensitive to blossom-end rot such as San Marzano and plum tomatoes.

Cultivating tastier vegetables

Research has proven that for cucumbers grown on Peltracom Grow Bag, the  brix value amounts twice as high compared to the same cucumber variety grown on mineral substrate. Similar results have been obtained for tomato varieties.

Growing on organic substrate thus benefits the taste of your vegetables. In addition pH levels can be modified according to the needs of your plants, which sensibly optimises absorption of mineral nutrients.
